First time making this in my new crockpot, and turned out pretty good!
Recipe:
2 lbs chicken thighs, cubed
2 russet potatoes, cubed
2-3 carrots, roll cut
1.5 onions
1 pack golden curry roux
4.5 cups chicken stock
Cook on high for 4 hours. You have to mix it sometime during the last hour for the roux to completely dissolve and mix with the broth.
