Just going to start taking my potatoes putting them dipping them in this coating them with your hands your hearings are going to get gross get over it and then I’m going to put them on the cookie sheet try to lay them out in a fairly even
Layer try to have part of them part of each one touching the pan that way they get a nice roast on them a good crisp so now I’m just going to make sure that they’re all flat and I’m going to take the extra and I’m going to pour it on
Top and the reason I didn’t just put the potatoes on and dump them on top is because I wanted to make sure that each potato had had some on it was coated that smells so good okay now I’m going to wash my hands and put them in the
Oven for about 40 minutes is what I’ll check them they’ve been in there for 10 minutes and daddys going to flip them for me because I have mister BAM don’t want so butter in your oven they smell so good I’ll get them about another 15 minutes
And then check them again so it’s about five limits since we flip them I’m hot inside looking back I probably would not have dumped the extra butter on it on there so yeah I wouldn’t do that if I had it to do over they smell fantastic very good very crisp on the outside

I boil my roast potatoes until they are slightly soft then put them in the oven as it makes them crispier, i did this recipe this way and it was yummy 🙂 thanks for sharing.
Throw them all in the bucket put a lid on it shake it up for two minutes and they're all good to go pour it out and you're done nice clean hands

We do a very similar recipe using the Baby Dutch Gold potatoes we get from Walmart. They are about the size of ping pong balls, so we just quarter them. We toss them in a large ziplock bag, add a tablespoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of garlic powder or minced garlic, two teaspoons of a mixed seasoning*, and a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese. Shake the bag well to distribute oil and seasoning evenly over all the pieces. We Then cook for about 14 minutes in an air fryer. *The mixed seasoning can be any that you like. We have used Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, Country Bob’s Season Salt, Cavender’s Greek Seasoning, Emeril’s Essence, or even Tony Chachere’s Cajun Seasoning.

Yes, I tried these tonight and didn't have much powder so used real garlics chopped up and on the baking sheet, I lined it with tin foil, much easier mess to clean up. It was a great success. IMO, these were Yukon gold potatoes but in Canada they call them something else. Not sure why they do that but if I know my potatoes it is a Yukon. They were consumed all that evening. Next time, I'll make more.

I would like to use butter trying this..but have used vegetable oil because all the other videos I've watched people say butter burns an use high burn point fats like lard, or oils…have you had a problem with them burning?
