I made the moo shu for lunch today. I’m sick of rice so I subbed in shiritaki angel hair noodles instead. Also had some red pepper flakes left from a different meal earlier this week, so that went in too! Skipped the extra sugar, didn’t need it.

I love how fast this comes together and how only a few ingredients make this a home run.

    I might need to try this! I never add the extra sugar too. I add chilli flakes and Sriracha to make a bit more spicy and less sweet.
