I love farmers wraps from Tim Hortons, but they’re 650 cals!! I managed to make one that’s lower in cals and it tastes pretty similar.
(I would get one of those super low cal tortillas but there’s very few options where I live)
1 weight watcher tortilla – 70 cals
1 egg with some egg white and salt and pepper – 100 cals
1 slice of turkey bacon – 35 cals
1 slice fat free cheese – 25 cals
1 hash brown (homemade because I didn’t have any frozen ones, I would use frozen ones because mine were meh) – 50 cals?
Half a tbsp low fat chipotle mayo – 20 cals
Net: roughly 300
I used a non stick pan so I didn’t oil the pan, but I actually sprayed the wrap with cooking spray and then put it back on the pan to get that nice colour 😊👍

    I also want to clarify this isn’t a meal like the tag says, it’s something I like to have as a snack between meals if I’m hungry
