Tuna salad was made of tuna, mayo, green onion, pepper and old bay seasoning. Topped with cheddar cheese. Can’t wait to try the other suggestions.

a light coating of mayo on the outside of a savory toasted sandwich like this is a great way to get a nice full golden brown finish. Make sure its a thin coating though because you do not want your bread to become over-saturated with oil
