Looks great! If you want to level it up a notch, make sure you pat your steak dry to avoid moisture while cooking so you get a nice sear on the outside. The pan should be hot, don’t start a steak in a cold pan. And if you want to try basting it with butter that happens after the steak is 90% cooked on the interior and has all of the sear you want on the outside. Keep up the good work, most of dieting is mental so if you make sure you enjoy the cooking as well and the eating process it helps.
