Senior night football game his last time to play on the home football field and I’m probably gonna get emotional because he loves it so much it’s gonna be hard to see that come to an end anyways so busy busy day tomorrow that I need to prep tonight for tomorrow and

This recipe that I’m going to share with you seriously is the absolute best it’s easy people can get it as they come and go so let me show you what you do you have a roast pork beef put that right in your crock pot then you use green chili enchilada sauce

Right here I like this Macayo’s brand it’s the one I usually buy but you honestly can get any kind I’m just gonna open this up you guys we got so much rain on the farm again today it is a muddy muddy muddy mess it kind of dried out so Alan could get the

Tractor out if you saw that on the farm on Route 66 well if the tractor was down there I’m sorry not the tractor the trailer if the trailer was down there right now he would be stuck again anyways I’m gonna pour this green chili sauce right over the top one can

Just like that I’m gonna cover it place it on my crock pot I am getting ready to go shower and get my PJs on for the night so I’m actually going to turn this on high and leave it on high till probably about 10 o’clock it’s like 7 30 right now

So I’m going to turn it on high till about 10 o’clock and then I will turn it on low and let it cook throughout the entire night you guys that green chili sauce soaks into that meat it is the best ever and I can’t wait to share with

You tomorrow what we’re gonna do with this creation turn on Hi there you go and let me show you a little bit of Casey’s volleyball game today and the huge announcement is she is a freshman in high school and she has played freshman in JV she’s been the JV captain

And yesterday in practice the varsity coach pulled her up to Varsity so she played on the varsity team today she actually got some playing time she lettered and I told her that’s huge as a freshman to be able to let her in any sport but we’re so excited that’s why tomorrow got so

Busy though because it’s a varsity volleyball tournament and I probably wouldn’t have gone to all the games but guess what I’m doing now I am going to every game tomorrow so tomorrow I have four volleyball games and one football game and I’m gonna be busy you guys are

And you know what yes I woke up in tears this morning so I have this in my crock pot you can see what it looks like we are actually going to shred the meat in the juice you guys I’m going to use this for burritos all day I might even throw a

Few beans in here cooked pinto beans and some rice just so it’s a little more filling in my burritos but the nice thing is is I have friends and family coming in tonight they can grab it whenever they want it’s going to be warm I’m going to leave it warm in the crock

Pot you guys seriously this is the easiest recipe and it’s perfect for a day like today I’ll take you out on the farm for just a few minutes so you can see what’s going on out there we actually got a lot more rain yesterday insane I know we’re a muddy mess

But today is beautiful the sun is out and I’m hoping it’s drying out the land a little for a few days anyways looking forward to tonight let me shred this up I’ll show you what it looks like and we’ll go from there okay you can see how tender the meat is

And I am just going to shred it it’s hard to video and do this one-handed but we have everyone gone right now except me let me see if I can do it with work usually I would do it with a fork and a knife but look how tender that is

Guys this is gonna be awesome I’m gonna put this phone down for a second shred it up and I’ll show you what it looks like when it’s all mixed in you guys it smells so good let me show you look at that so sometimes I just leave it just like this it goes

Straight into my burritos or I’ll make quesadillas with the meat like this mixed with the green chili sauce but today I wanted a little more filling so I’m actually going to put in some pinto beans and some rice I will tell you a tip because I honestly

Don’t have time to even put pinto beans in my instapot and I don’t have time to cook rice so I’ll show you my tip for those two things that are going to go inside this tip number one a can of pinto beans you guys I’m gonna open these up I’m gonna

Dump it inside I have two cans it’s just gonna add a little bit more tip number two instant rice I love the Spanish style I also love cilantro lime today I chose the Spanish style I’m going to heat this in the microwave I’m gonna dump it in there mix it all together

And we have cheese in the fridge so whenever anyone is hungry all they have to do is make a burrito that’s going to taste delicious it was so fast just exactly what I needed today because part of me feels like I’m sinking with my time even though

I did this quick and tasty meal so I’m excited to go watch more volleyball I’m so excited to watch football tonight you guys enjoy the smell I’ll show you what it looks like when it’s all together and hopefully I can get a video of someone eating it today if I’m home

  1. I’m disabled and don’t cook much anymore. I’m a paraplegic and have been for 23 yrs. But I’m going to try and make this. It looks great. What if you put a can of green chilis in it as well. Yep I’m in Texas. We put green chilis in everything. Lol. I know it was bittersweet seeing Blake play his last game. Just be proud and enjoy his next chapter in life. Stay safe and God Bless

  5. I just discovered your channel, as well as the farm on route 66 channel. It all stemmed from watching the Rodeo Reed channel. We are interested in all things Northeastern Arizona, we have holdings there as well as beaucoup relatives. Mom and Dad are both from Woodruff and I lived there for a year when I was a child. I'm sure you know many of our relatives. (Shumway, Goodman, Hatch)
I will definitely try this recipe. Perhaps you've tried this tip, use your hand mixer to shred the warm meat. Quick and EASY but still tasty! Thanks for your great example of Christ followers.
