* Stated making my own crusts * Started making my own sauce * Started experimenting with thicker (Detroit Style) and thun crusts
My go-to pizza on a late night is a thin crust pesto and Buffalo mozzarella with Roma tomato rings and basil just for sport.

Pepperoni, sausage & jalapeno is such a great combo. I like doing pepperoni, jalapeño & then adding a sweet element like pineapple. Your pie looks delicious!

NY style just cheese is my ideal. But if I’m getting dominoes or something v casual I’m def getting some toppings, maybe some sausage, peppers, mushroom, olives, maybe even pepperoni and perhaps even onion if I’m feeling wild

I eat 1-2 jalapeños a day. So nice to see them on other people’s pizzas, too. I keep jalapeño powder on hand, too, in the kitchen and at the table. Awesome to add to the sauce. Your pizza looks so good, beautiful crust.

PBJ: pineapple, bacon, jalapeño. Nice acidic tomato sauce, about medium thickness. Plenty of mozzarella cheese. Bubbly hand tossed crust. Perfect pizza IMHO

Looks good! I would double the meat though; I love tons of meat on my pizza 😛 Ironically, pizza places never put enough italian sausage (my fav topping) on their pizzas even when I order extra 🤣
