Best guesses on this one?

I went to a local taco stand today and got this sauce with my tacos. Lime flavor came through nice and strong which I always love and it had a nice steady heat to it, but I don’t know how best to go about recreating the finished product. I’ve made salsa for chips before, but I’ve never made one like this for tacos. Can anyone suggest a recipe I could try out based on the photo?
