It’s the penultimate celebrity Master Chef  Master Chef is one of the toughest things   I’ve done in my life these celebrities  are all passionate about food I still   want this I really want this and I’m not  going to give up we’re looking for that  

Exceptional cooking style someone who’s more  than just a good home cooker someone with   that extra something special you just have  to push yourself and you have to go for it It’s the celebrity Master Chef [Music] finals in  only a few weeks Wendy Jane and Yuan have made   the journey from their own amateur kitchens  into the professional Arena tonight they’ll   be challenged to cook at the very heart of  culinary Brilliance go go go feel like I’m  

Going to collapse at any minute first they travel  into the Moroccan mountains to cater for one of   the world’s most exclusive Retreats never going  to get it all done though it is Hardcore you   are killing us then they return to London to  cook at the highest level for some of the best  

French chefs in the world why is it doing this  to me the dish is what you wish you could cook   in your own restaurant it’s Master Chef final  so you got to step up and step up and step up  

I feel incredibly nervous this is the final  every challenge you have to try that little   bit harder as soon as every challenge starts  I’m 110% focused on what I’m doing it’s it’s   getting hard now because there’s not much  of time left now to prove to John and Greg  

That I can do it only one of them will  be good enough to walk away Master Chef [Music] Champion Wendy Jane and Yan have traveled  thousands of miles into the Atlas Mountains of   Morocco for their toughest challenge yet we’ve  brought them to Morocco home of one of the  

Finest cuisines in the world real history in their  food culture nestled amongst the rugged landscape   is Sir Richard Branson’s hidden Retreat casbar  tamadot where guests pay up to ,700 a night this   is an award-winning hotel with a restaurant to  match our chefs have got to reach these exacting

Standards wow look it is daunting because  you know you know when you’re in somewhere   like that’s this porch everything has  to be perfect I think it’s you know   the stress is building I haven’t broke  yet it may happen never know because  

It’s it’s something that I really am  passionate about and really want to do if I was a painting costomer and I was coming  to stay at this Resort I would expect top quality   food I’ve got to keep raising the standard  raising that bar and just surprising myself  

More than anyone else but yeah I’m really looking  forward to it tonight the celebrities will cook in   kasbar tamad Do’s acclaimed restaurant but before  that they face their first daunting test with an   unfamiliar Cuisine this is it John they are in  the finals of bastel Chef this is an incredible

Task you today are preparing ing an authentic  Berber Mill using traditional cooking equipment   the lunch today has to embrace everything  which is brilliant about Moroccan Cuisine   each one of you is going to cook your  own course ladies and gentlemen off you

Go they have just 2 and 1 half hours to  prepare the authentic Moroccan lunch for   15 of the hotel’s guests and management  with no electricity their kitchen is a   set of basic traditional clay ovens and open  fires watching them to see if they can meet  

The hotel’s exceptional standards our French  head chefs Frederick and [Music] Fabian John   they are cooking a Cuisine that’s unfamiliar  to them from a recipe they don’t know on naked   flame tough tough cool but people have been  cooking like this for thousands of years  

Of of course you can cook food like this  they’ve just got to get their head around [Music] it Wendy’s making the starter a  classic Moroccan herera soup combining   a spiced tomato base vegetables and lamb  accompanied by buets Moroccan spring rolls  

And honeyed Berber bread cooked over an open  [Music] flame in previous rounds Wendy has   been technically outstanding it is a really  delicious tasting dish I don’t know how I’m   going to stop eating it all but her flavor  combinations have not always worked it’s  

The flavor of the soy which I’m finding a bit  weird amongst the creaminess of the Coconuts   the dessert could probably be a little bit  better considering your skill as a pudding cook any worries right now yeah timing it’s timec  consuming stuff you think soup bread vegetables  

Piece of cake but it takes [Music] time Yan  is preparing the main course a chicken lemon   and olive tajine Morocco’s most renowned dish  it’s served with spiced vegetables and barley   couscous I’ve never done cuscus in a Clay  Oven it is Hardcore you are killing us Yan  

Has shown he has a natural flare that is  superb very tasty not bad at all but his   lack of experience lets him down why is that  done that why has that done that disaster you  

Take the ring away it just Falls it’s not come  out as well as I’d hoped how do you feel about   serving probably the most famous Moroccan dish  I’m a bit worried about the cuscus so I’m having   to keep making sure it’s cooking through but  in terms of the chicken I’m I’m liking that  

I’ve never ever seen your bench so clean you  so calm I don’t know whether I’m impressed or   terrified I’m not saying I’m on top of the game  but according to my schedule there I am I’m in controler Jane is in charge of a complicated  Trio of desserts made up of Moroccan creme  

Brulee armored pastry parcels and a traditional  pancake topped with spiced fruit fruit this is   the maddest thing I’ve ever done in my life  throughout the competition Jane has impressed   with her natural palette that is a Triumph  that is an absolute trial I’d love to have  

It again I thought it was delicious but she  can struggle Under Pressure yeah you okay I’m   really not okay I’m I’m actually getting a bit  stressed now [Music] I’ve got so much to do it’s unreal what do you think for you is the most  difficult thing about today I’m completely  

UT out of my comfort zone right now but  that’s where I like actually like to be   because that’s the place where I’m learning  uh it’s not pleasant but once I get through   it I’ll be ched do you ever so and look up  and go wow what an extraordinary place I  

Haven’t got time I’ve giv it everything I’ve  got I tell you everything I’ve got [Music] there’s just an hour until lunch and with  Wendy first to serve she can’t afford to   slip behind making her traditional Burba bread  roll out the balls with your fingers so each  

One is approximately 30 cm in diameter I don’t  understand the actual how do you get a square   out of that when you’ve rolled it to that  you show me one and then I can do the rest   yeah two three and four okay Y is there  another tray please it’s okay I’ll do it

Myself I think you we have to to go quicker it seems to be going pretty  badly at the minute Jane is also   finding the traditional recipes difficult  to master as she makes her creme brulee   it’s rice flour and I thought it was like  a rice pudding but it’s not it’s meant to  

Be smooth so it’s gone a bit wrong so  I’m a bit sad because I like to do my best I’m never going to get it all done though you and can’t afford to let his  inexperience get the better of him this  

Dish requires him to skillfully balance bance  eight Moroccan spices can I can I just try this please I think a bit more salt and pepper I think we’re fast approaching lunchtime and  Wendy is looking a bit anxious in fact she’s  

On the brink of almost losing her Wendy still  needs to bake her bread and make all 15 portions   of her spring rolls I need a pan for deep fat  [Music] frying Wendy looks really stressed the   timing she’s concerned about she just needs  to get her head down and get over [Music]

There it’s not hot enough so there all  everything’s coming out the pastel it’s   all right it’s rubbish it’s a long day day  ahead have to give myself a big pep [Music] talk there’s now just 30 minutes until  service and Jane is still struggling  

With the traditional techniques needed for  her dessert FR yes so I go like that yes   then like there Wicked I’m going  to be chuffed as how if I get it [Music] done kind of in control I  think dare I say it you know what  

You’re starting to frighten me you’re so  in control I’m concerned you’ve actually   left something out of the dish it’s all  in there yeah I’ll be well I don’t want   to count with chickens but I’d be quite  happy with that if it was served [Music] [Music] up [Music]

Okay guys I guess I’ll just arriv so uh we’re   going to start in uh 15 minutes  okay this all right Wy absolutely Chef Wendy’s herera soup and spring rolls  are ready but she’s still cooking the Burber

Bread this can go now can we move this oven  please if you want something doing Do It Yourself service it was tough I didn’t enjoy it at all  but it’s gone out and I think it tastes  

Delicious so hopefully they’ll enjoy it and  we got it out so you know let’s just wait and see what will the guest think of her  traditional Herrera soup with honeyed   Berber bread and Moroccan spring rolls it very  nice I really enjoyed it I really enjoyed it I  

Think the soup was particularly nice good  [Music] that’s amazing well Honey’s really   lovely and mellow the soups got bit of spice  to it all that flavor of the coriander that   is delicious it tastes beautiful I’m really  pleased with the flavors cuz that’s what it  

Was all about it was about getting the flavor  into the food and the combinations of food Yan   now has minutes to bring together his chicken  tajim his barley couscous must be worked by hand   at the last moment to ensure it has the right  texture it’s been too cold all day now it’s

[Music] hot I’m loving this if I’m honest with   you just for me it’s just it’s  all the flavors I like [Music] it [Music] service please are you happy with your plat yeah very   happy thanks Chef now we’ll  see as the guesses are very

Happy has Yan managed to create  the authentic balance of spices   for his chicken lemon and olive tajen with barley cuscus this sausage is fantastic  it’s really delicious the chicken   taste is superb This falls off the bone i’ come [Music] again I think it’s fantastic wow  the Sala embedded some on that chicken  

Skin is lovely [Music] hello thank you  Chef that’s the sort of Praise You Want   I tried to be a bit more methodical in it  and it really helped it made me feel that   I was under control set [Music] R the  pressure is now on Jane to deliver her

[Music] dessert I need another player with   four separate elements to cook and  plate can Jane get the presentation right [Music] service you happy to have done that  I am happy yeah hard but I enjoyed it it’s now  

Up to the hotel guests to give their verdict on  her dessert of Moroccan creme brulee traditional   pancakes with spiced fruit and armor pastry  Parcels the dessert was good the presentation was wonderful absolutely [Music] perfect wow I love that pastry is it  nice M good stuff well done I like it when  

You smile yeah it’s a lot better yeah and your  food’s a lot nicer it was really interesting   you know because they’re all different FL  flavors that I would never put together and   I never have cuz they’re all Moroccan and um  it was it was a really it was a really good

Experience all three of these guys really did  well at lunch time they all got their food up   and their food was great wow is this the start  of a new Yan I mean he looked professional John  

That cuscus itself for the vegetables I think was  the star the chicken I loved it yeah I was really   pleased with that the morning I’m getting tired  now it’s pretty tough but I understand whatever   I produce tonight has to be of top quality  well the customers won’t be happy I really  

Would desperate like to win for all Wendy’s  flapping I’ve got to say the flavor of that   soup was absolutely fantastic that bread was  extraordinary I was a bit angry earlier on   I’ve calmed down now it’s absolutely fine uh but  I got the flavors out the soup tasty fantastic  

And I’m really pleased that John and Greg  liked it Jane she coped with the fresher she   cooked with a smile on her face her flavors  were really good I thought the dish looked   fantastic I’m feeling tired but I’m going to go  for it and um by the end of the night I’d like  

To have all my food looking lovely tasting  amazing and to have had a pleasant time big ass the celebrities have already been cooking  for 8 [Music] hours but to prove they really   have what it takes to become Master Chef  Champion they will have to continue with  

The stamina and skill of a professional  tonight they have the rare opportunity to   cook in one of the world’s most exclusive  kitchens and expectations have never been   higher welcome to the main Kitchen tonight is  a very high level of cooking so you have to be  

Perfect Fabian tonight is a bus okay  so let’s go the celebrities now have   just 2 hours to prep their dishes for  evening service if lunch was all about   the traditional tonight’s dinner is all about  fine dining this is a real test for our Cooks

Tonight each celebrity will be responsible for one  of the three Mains on tonight’s restaurant [Music] menu Jane will be making roasted fet of lamb  wrapped in sweet red pepper served with golden   saffron apples and a goat’s cheese mousse we’ve  seen Jane get mightily flustered over fine dining  

Before can she keep it together tonight this is  a really hard because we’ve done a lunch service   and now this as well so I really don’t know how  chefs actually do it I feel really [Music] tired   Yan is making fresh pasta parcel filled  with Tandoor spiced sep mushrooms and a leak

Emulsion you has got to prove that today’s  display at lunchtime wasn’t just a flash   in the pan let’s see how calm he remains in  a busy hot dinner service I I’ve never made   ever made homemade pasta before so that would be  interesting but um bang up for it always excited  

Wendy will be cooking a delicate dish of herb  crusted red mullet served with mango and onion   salsa and a peccant ginger [Music] sauce we  know right now that Wendy’s been flapping   a little bit if she panics with this task  things will go wrong keep smiling Wendy keep

Smiling our guys are tired already John I mean  adrenaline is going to kick in it’s going to   be fast it’s going to be furious tough test  [Music] with only 1 hour until service they   need to get all the components for their dishes  prepped and ready to cook Wendy has the task of  

Fting all the mullet for her main course I can’t  quite see yet how it’s all going to come together   right timing wise and what about the idea of  actually not serving all these dishes at once   but serving each dish and cooking each dish as  it’s ordered does that terrify you yeah a little

[Music] bit Jane’s lamb dish is  technically complex after searing   each fillet she must delicately  encase them in paper thin slices   of blanched red pepper I’m worried about  all of it to be honest you know I’ve got   techniques to do that are like only chefs  that are of Mitchell and star quality on

Do after a successful lunch service Yan now  has to step it up and learn how to make perfect   fresh pasta for the first time okay yes chef  go let’s get this bad boy in there and this  

One over yeah baby no well I’m not cracking that  for some reason Keep Calm sure that’s what it was [Music] it’s all right come on  boy keep it real I’m nearly there   that’s basically [Music] it well  I’m not I’m not too unhappy with

[Music] that it’s 8:00 p.m. and  the restaurant opens for service CH to have any chance of delivering  to the restaurant’s exceptionally high   standards the celebrities must now fight off their   fatigue and focus new order two scops  after two fish you there two fish yes chef

Wendy’s first to feel the pressure she can  only construct the delicate herbed crust   for each mullet fillet as it’s ordered so she  must work quickly if the food is to go out on time 3 minutes Wendy it’s okay yes chef  we send two fish in 3 minutes [Music] okay [Music]

Sweet it’s perfect Wendy  it’s perfect like this thank you your order two lamb yes chef  your order one lamb your order   two lamb yes [Music] chef Jane’s lamb  dish is also immediately popular feel   like I’m going to collapse at any minute  go go go and straight away she’s feeling  

The pressure of multiple orders one  lamb is [Music] [Applause] [Music] ready Jane looks like she’s about to pass  out but she’s got pain on her face already   she’s exhausted she’s had a long day and  she needs her adrenaline to kick in so she  

Can survive so Serv after 11 hours on her  feet can Jane played up with the Precision needed service perfect very good with Jane and Wendy feeling the strain can  Yuan stay focused and deliver his delicate pasta   dish okay in 5 minutes lasna yes [Music] chef  service perfect order service thank you amazing

Okay in 5 minutes one lamb three  fish three it’s now halfway through   service and Wendy is struggling to keep  up with the sheer volume of orders for her fish those are all on order I only have two  left so do we need more okay you will f it it  

Go with more fish on order than she has prepared  Wendy quickly needs to fill it some [Music] more   you take out of the of the oven because uh  Wendy is not ready go go go as Jane delays   her lamb Wendy must now stay in control to  prevent the entire service grinding to a

[Music] halt go Wendy yes sure you can finish  your [Music] L excuse me Chef it’s very [Music] hot perfect okay [Music] service I had the lamb really delicious   very very [Music] tasty the fish is uh  really nice it’s a high standard ready

It with Jane and Wendy back on track  Yan finds he suddenly in trouble okay   now three lasagna yes chef I have to make that  fresh Chef it’s not ready quickly quickly Yan   hasn’t made enough of his mushroom pasta  parcels and now has a rush of orders it’s  

Kicking off a little bit and now I’ve  just got to quickly make this one up now okay quickly yes [Music] sir this went hot okay go [Music] service the lasagna was really  done as I wanted it I really enjoyed it  

The celebrities have now been cooking for  over 13 hours and despite their grueling   day they’re pulling together as a team I’m  going to be about 3 minutes guys how long   do you need you and I’ll be about 2 minutes  let’s [Music] go 1 minute 1 minute please  

Okay it’s perfect okay you it’s coming  to the Past me [Music] perfect Perfect   okay service thank you very much service is uh  finished thank you very much Chef thank you chef what a phenomenal evening I mean they really  now know what it’s like to be a pro Chef today  

The tasks have been Mammoth they are absolutely  exhausted but I’m so proud of what the three of   them really achieved I’ve got to say Yan is just  growing in stature Yan is really understanding   his weaknesses he knows he has to be organized  I think the guy is really going great gun good  

Day really enjoyed it I don’t know what it  is but I feel I could keep going I’ve just   grown in confidence and I could win it there’s no  reason why I could win it Wendy can do it Wendy’s  

Always been able to do it John she is beginning to  really feel the pressure that’s because she cares   and we’re starting to see the heart and soul of  a cook who wants to get better and [Music] better  

Didn’t enjoy it that much everything came out  all right in the end fingers crosses is just   one off day Jane is on her last legs but I’m very  proud of her she worked really really hard today   her food today was simply beautiful she has  given absolutely everything the main feeling  

I have is pure and utter exhaustion it’s how  I feel right now but I’m really pleased with   um how I did how we all did you know we got the  food out and it it worked and um I’m ched I’m

Ched not long to go John we’ve only got a  couple of rounds left and you and I have   got a big decision to make these three  are brilliant and right now in my mind   I can’t pick a winner I can’t wait to see what  comes up next come on come [Music] on [Music]

36 hours later back in London and the celebrities  are about to face their toughest challenge up   until Morocco I was feeling pretty confident in  the competition it’s knocked me a bit because   although I got the food out it wasn’t the Wendy  that I wanted people to see confidence has been  

Knocked but I’m hoping that as soon as I get  in that kitchen this morning it’s going to   come flooding back as time’s gone on I feel  I’m actually getting better as a competition  

Goes along I have to nail it today it is really  important for me all I can do is my best you can   only ever do your best hopefully my best will be  good enough today it’s my last chance I know I’m  

I feel like I’ve just run a marathon of cookery  but you know you got to approach it in a fighting spirit welcome to restaurant Theo Randall here  in Mayfair in London today you’re serving   lunch for just five people but the guests for  lunch today are five of the greatest chefs in  

The country and for me some of my conary heroes  if you want to be crowned the champion you now   have to cook like you’ve never cooked before  ladies and gentlemen good luck off you go the   celebrities will be cooking under Chef Patron Theo  Randall one of the country’s culinary stars and  

Master of Italian food are you guys nervous  of course I am come this way I show to the kitchen Theo has created an Exquisite three course   Italian menu each celebrity  will be responsible for one course Jane will begin with the elegant starter  of fresh capetti pasta stuffed with roasted ve  

And served with a Pini mushroom sauce and finely  grated black truffles she must also bake her own   fater bread the thing about this dish is you got  to get the Pasto absolutely right because you’re  

Putting in a slightly wet bit of ve and if the  P hasn’t been worked enough it’ll just crack and   break and that’s the last thing you want you  got time against you so you got to work out  

How you’re going to get all this cooked Jane has  great talent she has a good palet but for her it’s   about confidence it’s about holding it together  it’s about her own self-belief and delivering

It so you just you’re just trying to take the  top layer off yeah Yan is in charge of the main   bid d pesy a fish stew containing John Dory red  mullet Lobster clams monk fish and potatoes the   stew is famously difficult as each fish has  to be cooked separately and perfectly brought  

Together it looks very simple but to get this  far there’s a lot to do you’ve got to fill it   You’ got to make a fish stock you’ve got to cook  lobsters it’s all about seasoning it’s all about  

Being delicate but a good Punchy flavor all I  was going to say there a few things on there   I’ve never worked with before yeah um I’m not  squeamish obviously someone will be near me or  

You look over it will you to show me you have got  to do the work I’m around but it’s your it’s your   job today yeah yes Che to me this is like a manly  dish Big Stew big flavors of course it looks nice  

But the look isn’t the most essential thing it’s  the taste the pressure for you on today is really   on but the guy is seriously focused I still  have the question does he have the skill to   be able to perform this task well if he can  get that right today and I mean absolutely

Perfect who knows Wendy’s in charge of dessert she’s  consistently demonstrated great skill in   cooking puddings but today’s task will be her  ultimate culinary test now it’s not one dessert   it’s not two it’s three first she’ll have to  cook a delicate ricotta cheesecake with Masala  

Soaked raisins followed by a soft rich chocolate  cake and then a panac cotta served with marinated   prunes and caramelized hazelnuts it all looks  very very simple but youve got quite a lot to  

Do you got to cook it bake it cool it down and  you got to serve it and you have got the task   of making all these things perfect um mixed  feelings at the moment you know very happy to  

Have the pudding working with ingredients that  I know quite well however there’s loads to do   really loads to do but looking forward to it Wendy  today is her love puddings if she was ever going  

To really throw herself into her food it has to  be today come on boil today for her is more than   getting the task done it has to be delivered  with flavor and with Flare the celebrities  

Have just 2 and 1 half hours before service and  Wendy and Yan are quick to get started but Jane   is at a standstill it’s the most difficult thing  that I could have been set I tried making pastor  

At home and it went TI up and now I’m doing it  in an Italian restaurant not going to cry over   a don’t you be right I’m going to [Music]  cry just no IDE don’t look the before it’s  

All right it’s just confidence you got this far  you can go all the way okay all right you’ll be [Music] right Yuan begins  to prepare the fish for his [Music] stew it’s quite a cruel job this  I keep giving the getting given the cruel  

Job another whis across the kitchen timings are  again crucial for Wendy okay I’m trying not to   panic cuz there are so many different elements  that are going into this and things have to be   cooked and chilled and cool it’s um lots to  do first she must combine the 15 ingredients  

For her ricotta cheesecake let me just check  I’ve got everything in seeds flour Castor eggs   separated yeah eggs double cream CR salt okay  fingers crossed it looks gorgeous whether it sets fingers crossed after her initial crisis of confidence  Jane is now throwing herself into her task first  

She’s got to make sure the VE for her pasta  filling is perfectly seasoned before it’s left   to slow roast in the oven how’s it going you’ve  got your feeling yeah it’s all cooking now all  

Done okay see you getting there yeah okay one bit  at a time one bit done okay making the pasta is a   critical element of Jane’s dish she has to ensure  the consistency is perfect not really sure what  

I’m looking for just got to roll it through  till it gets thinner and thinner and thinner what am I doing wrong Jan yes  watch watch this guy [Music] watch how come we made it look very easy  just keep going keep going keep going keep  

Going a lovely consistency to it what do  you mean you haven’t been making passive   for it like perfect what about that there  it’s brilliant it’s really good it was a   challenge for me because it has to be  the exact right texture the exact right  

Elasticity the exact right everything but um  yeah I did it there’s 1 hour to go before five   of the world’s best French chefs arrive and  the contestants will have to impress them   with their Sublime Italian food very good very  good they’re cooked right on they I believe so

Chef [Music] split Lobster done that  wash done that you looks calm now but   that stuff is all got to be plated up at the last minute Yan’s toughest challenge will come just  before service he has to wait until the very  

Last minute to cook all his seafood and each  serving must be cooked in a separate pan come   service time and there’s five plates in front  of me he’s got to get all that food together   and make it look beautiful for those missions  star shelves that’s when the pressure is going  

To hit him okay so we need to add that to that  while he must wait to cook his fish the flavor   of the stock is crucial and requires constant  monitoring flavors are very important he’s

Impressed the French chefs the look of it you  see this dish you want to go into it it looks beautiful I me he or she did quite well on on the  cooking of the fish you know it’s perfect I think  

It’s very high level I think very impressed  with the quality of this dish and the texture   is perfect yeah it’s got enough bite yes enough  depth uh all in all I will just say that dish is  

Really what you wish you could uh cook in your  own restaurant I might ask for some more in fact hi hello hello well I’m very pleased you  we in the kitchen and I’m eating because your  

Food I mean that dish that bed is absolutely  fantastic thank you very much okay I can I can   see you you have tasted it and that’s the key it  was a very difficult to Dish to do and it was a

Brilliant experience I hope they like it  I hope they’re not going to be too picky   with it there was a lot of work went into it  a lot of love went into it for dessert Wendy’s   made a trio of puddings a soft chocolate  cake a ricotta cheesecake and panacotta  

Served with marinated prunes and caramelized  hazelnuts we’ve got a problem here yeah yeah   yeah yeah yeah yeah yes I was right the but  is not cold enough it’s not right it’s not set not bad the texture may be a little ay  just a touch but set it the flavor and the  

Test is very good it’s yummy I I really  like the chocolate cake I think is moist   nice and warm nice bitter chocolate very  good I’m a chocolate lover and and it’s   it’s delicious it’s perfect for me without any  doubt the best dessert out of the three is the  

Rot cheese cake it’s very light and I enjoy  it first time I had a rotach cake and it’s good hi hello how are you I’m okay now  thank you the dish itself was was good   um clearly there was a problem with the panakota  we all thought that it wasn’t set enough wasn’t  

Cold enough uh but the taste was very good  obviously the the most popular one was the   Rota cheese one I thought it was delicious and  I think everybody agreed it’s a lovely dessert   uh it just shows uh the skill and the test and  the twe dessert were very good super thank you  

Very much thank you you had a wonderful morning  thank you so much thank you okay all I thank you Wy [Music] it was amazing to stand there in that  room and those five chefs you know talk   about your work and um and obviously  there were slight faults with it which  

I knew but then to have Michelle Senor  just say it was it was superb it’s just   um it was brilliant it’s a really really nice  moment you know one that I won’t ever [Music] [Applause] forget the idea of cooking for five  Professionals of that caliber is daunting daunting  

For anybody regardless of their skill and our  three finalist Amit as they are have pulled it off Jan you know I think has got an expert touch  and maybe the best palette but she struggled in  

There today John but we also know how good  a cook she can really be I do Wonder right   now if she’s holding back waiting to deliver her  trump card in that final the final over cooking  

Things I love and that’s my strongest thing  my food tastes better if I love to cook it I   tell you Yan is working at such a pace and  developing at such speed it is awesome Yan   continues to get better and better and better  when he’s cooking other people’s food when  

He’s being guided what’s he going to be like  when he cooks his own food for that final I   couldn’t have done better than that I it couldn’t  have gone better than that I’ve got to just try   and believe in myself I must have a chance I  must have Wendy has always been technically  

Proficient and we’ve doubted her palet today she  delivered the flavor she got them out she got the   flavors right but it wasn’t perfect I’m really  pleased with myself today it was just a really   amazing experience and for John and Greg to say  you know the Master Chef Champion is Wendy it  

Would just um it would just be brilliant if that  wasn’t Tough Enough they’ve still got the final   Master Chef challenge to come three of their  own courses then you and I have to make a big Decision
