This was the first time I cooked a pie at 550F. I usually have been doing 500F.
Pre-heated my pizza steel for 40 min at 550F. Then when ready to put my pies in I turn the broiler on high.
I always have to turn my pies about 3-4 min in because the back side will get super dark and the front side won’t have much color.
This is a fantastic pizza dough for same day. It will be my new favorite for when I forgot to make my dough on Friday night for the weekend. I also like the thicker crust it made.
