Any weird typos or web addresses on the packaging?
You can also directly message the crockpot people on FB – they’re actually pretty responsive!

It may be a box with a stock photo designed for the non English speaking world.
The one I recently bought has off low high warm and so does the box. UK.
We bought one in France a few years back and I seem to recall it has the numbers.

Why would they even make fake ones they’re so cheap compared to other kitchen appliances

Yours looks exactly like mine. Pretty sure mine was bought at target

It’s just a diff model. In the instruction manual they show both types of knobs.

It’s probably Roman numerals to cover the English/french problem.

I’m 99.9% sure its fine. and they probably have different manufacturing plants across the globe. same shape, & (extremely simple) internal design, w/ different printing for the labels than the marketing. the box photo version is technically multi-lingual.
There are not designer crockpots, to the best of my knowledge. all of them, every last one, is mass produced from somewhere
