-Cumberland sausages ideal but any would probably work. -Bacon bits/lardons.
-Tin of chopped tomatoes, i also mashed them smaller. -2-3 leeks. -1 Large chopped swede. -Optional additional veg, i added parsnips and rainbow carrots for fun. -300ml of vegetable stock. -2 teaspoons of smoked paprika (optional a bunch of msg for yums)
-Brown off the sausages with some garlic and then add the bacon bits to avoid boiling the sausages and add to pot. Cook for approx 4 hours, i kind of changed it up and put it low and high and had test vegetables throughout to check how soft. Then serve with mash or your choice or potato side!
