Finally tried this place because the queue for John’s was outrageous. Omg it’s delicious. I think it might be better than Suprema on 32nd. Street.

How do the pizza circles overlap without ruining the pizzas under them?

Nonna Maria slice there is the way to go. Regular cheese is just ok

The best pizza in that area is John’s of Bleeker Street. This ain’t it.

It’s OK. The owners sold like 5-10 years ago and it’s been slowly sliding downhill. It was never better than John’s or Joe’s but was cheaper and still pretty good. I used to exclusively order my pie from here but stopped cuz the quality of the pies got really poor. It really just depends on who you get staffing cuz there are some dudes that definitely don’t care.

Prior to the sale it was #3 in the neighborhood in my opinion. Having said that, John’s and Joe’s aren’t as good either so it probably isn’t fair to Bleecker to call them out without mentioning that.

Really funny seeing my childhood pizza place on /r/pizza

I just can’t get into these pre-made pizza places with the pizza sitting under the lights and then re-heated. And the dirty underside of a pan sitting right on top of pizzas.

Someone scraped some cheese off pizza on the plate. What’s up with that?
