Found a nice fresh baguette while grocery shopping this morning and decided it was Bahn Mi time.
Cucumber, picked carrot strands, pickled red onion, cilantro, Sriracha kewpie mayo, Hoy Fong chili garlic sauce, and Matiz Mussels in pickled sauce.
