You’re just mixing up the butter with the spices and using the plastic wrap to keep it from making a mess.

They’re making it sound way more complicated than it is. Make your little butter log and roll it in the plastic wrap like it’s the foil around a Chipotle burrito.

So unnecessary. This reads like the instructions for making croissant dough….instead: Put it in a bowl with the herbs, microwave 10 seconds, mix it up, then chill it in the fridge or freezer.

What is this step for? What recipe card is it? Crazy that they want people to make a compound butter log when they probably could’ve just sent one premade like they do with the garlic butter packets for garlic bread.. but a log
