The veggies are sautéed in butter, then chicken bouillon and bay leaves are added until everything is nice and soft, then dill and rice is added and the whole thing is thickened with whisked eggs and lemon juice. Next time I’ll add some chicken to increase protein but I don’t have any right now. It’s super tasty!
