Ingredients needed for preparing the dough:
3 cups All Purpose Flour flour
1 egg
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Instant yeast
1 tsp Salt
1 glass milk
5 tbsp oil
……..
butter as required
200g beef mince
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup blanched mushroom
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Aleppo Pepper (pul biber)
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp tomato past
…………………..
Preparation of meat mixture
1-poure olive oil in the skillet
2-Add sliced onion
3-Adding turmeric & (onion powder – garlic powder – black pepper- Aleppo Pepper (pul biber) – paprika)
4-adding tomato past
6-adding blanched mushroom
7-adding beef mince
8-adding chopped bell pepper
9-adding corn
10-addding water

Preparation of dough

-add egg In a large mixing bowl and stir it
– add salt
– add activated yeast (mix warm milk and sugar and dried yeast & rest 10 min)
– add oil
-Add the flour step by step and mix it
-Knead for 10 min., or until smooth and elastic. Add more flour if the dough is continues to stick to your hands.
-Shape the smooth dough into a ball and place in a bowl. Cover with a dish cloth and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
-Take the dough and roll out on a floured surface using a rolling pin
-place dough in the tray &cut it (like video)
-spread mozzarella over the middle of dough
-add the mixed meat over mozzarella ( mixed meat recipe is in caption)
-spread chopped parsley over mixed meat
-spread mozzarell over chopped parsley
-fold and press the end of dough over filling and begin simple weaving
-Cover it with a dish cloth and let rise in a warm place for 45 min
– mix yolk and 2 tbsp milk and rub on dough
– spread Sesame
-preheat oven
-Bake in the preheated oven – 30 min 180Β°C
