
Thanks everyone for the suggestions for my chrysanthemum leaves! I made a simple side by blanching them, rinsing in cold water, and adding a little sesame oil & soup soy sauce. (Homemade kkakdugi in the background)

It’s glistening and looks super delicious! I love the distinct flavor of ssukgat. It’s also delicious in bibimbap with a little gochujang and a drizzle of sesame or perilla oil 🙂
