Los Balcones’ antechuco de corazon appetizer. Do they still have that? I haven’t been there in ages. It’s great, but it’s not your usual cut of meat.

The best meal of my life was at Astrid Y Gaston in Lima.

Fun fact: according to Ricardo Zarate (Mo Chica, Picca, etc) there is no aji verde (green sauce) in Peru and that it is an American invention.

I asked my Peruano friends and they claim that there is, but it’s more of a mountainous condiment than a city condiment. You’ll find aji amarillo sauce and rocoto condiments everywhere in Lima though.

You just come post Peruvian food and don’t say where it’s from. Ban them

Tbh that meal doesn’t look very appetizing.

I thought Mis Hermanos was the name of the restaurant

I was just in Lima. This looks nothing like what I enjoyed there.

I like Peruvian food, but this honestly looks like something a broke college student made and threw shit on top to make it look “fancy”.
