Toughest decision this weekend was whether to smoke ribs or pork butt. Both were BOGO and my grocery store.
Used about 1.5 bottles of Tajin. It adds a pretty good lime kick to the pork. Of course, made some tacos out of it.
Cooked on my Traeger Tailgater. Started at 8:30am and cooked at 250F till about 6:30pm.
