Lol I had 400 calories of cashews last night at around the same time. I just treat it like an extra filling breakfast and get on with my day. It’s happened a few times and usually my daily count is only off by like 50-100. No reason to blow it, you just had a super early breakfast.

It happens. Oreos are absolutely scrumptious. It’s okay to fall off now and again, as long as you get back on it 🙂
