You could spread cream cheese over them and roll a pickle up inside. That would be delicious!

Cook in a flavoured soup base to desired doneness then dip into a mixture of soy sauce, sesame seed oil, hot chili oil, minced garlic (at least, that’s how I would eat it).

Hotpot would be good, or just fry em up in a pan and dip them in some sesame oil. That’s a quick meal I usually do

Teriyaki that meat, maybe if you wanted to do something easier. Just soak it in a teriyaki sauce and then fry it or bake it.

As others have said, hotpot is the most common option.
One alternative I do is to cut up veg (courgette, asparagus, enoki etc), then wrap it up with those, seasoned as you like before grilling/frying. You can also use bacon instead of those.
