1 kilogram chicken breast fillet or thigh fillet

700 g frozen green beans

300 g of any frozen keto friendly vegetable mix (optional, just for taste diversity)

20 g butter

Salt and spices as desired

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry with butter over medium heat until cooked. Once ready, add frozen green beans & veggie mix, salt and spices. I use those: black pepper, red pepper, paprika, garlic powder. Then cook on low heat until the vegetables are defrosted and ready. Stir it in process.

I like this because I can easily make it for meal prep, and the taste is really neutral so I can eat this every day to get my daily protein and fiber 😇
