This was my first attempt to make a keto free espresso martini.

Sadly it’s without Mr Black which is the best coffee liqueur as it’s 86g of carbs for 30ml.

I have liquid sweetener I didn’t use this time as I wanted to test it ‘as is’. Basically cold coffee and vodka.

But it’s too thin.

What do you add to make it thicker to feel more like an espresso martini and that still tasted good? Bonus points if it’s available in Australia.

    If you’re the type who’s into making your own, you could try following a recipe for coffee liqueur and using an alternative sweetener.

    Bottled cold brew like Stokes or Starbucks (but I haven’t been able to find the Black Unsweetened version in months) has more mouth feel than regular coffee.
