We also got beef cavatappi and I think ours turned out a little more as expected 9/10

I prefer this dish best when they send it with the diced tomatoes instead of the tomato paste. There is something about the juiciness from the chunks of tomatoes that just make it taste so much better. It also makes the dish look more cheerfully colored and less hamburger-helper-from-a-box colored.

Personally don’t care for this one, but I make it for guests and they love it.
OP Pic looks good, mine was a bit darker in color but otherwise similar.
