Another batch of Smoked, roasted salsa

– 12 Roma
– 12 jalapeno
– 3 Serrano
– 3 Habanero
– 1 Head garlic
– 1 Onion

Smoked at 200⁰ for 90, roasted for 5min on grill, let it rest until it cooled then blended. Onion didn’t make the picture. But I did it separately when wife got home.
