My first time making steak! I was so scared of either under- or over-cooking it lol. It turned out pretty good though!! I really liked the sauce (even if I think I went a little heavy on the cilantro lmao). I already had rice today so I didn’t make any, but I’m sure it would’ve been pretty good with the sauce too.

Ohhh buddy we did this a while back and they were awesome! That fresh jalapeño was a nice touch but I love hot peppers
I can’t wait to make this it’s on the menu for tomorrow looks awesome. I will admit to me and the wife use a zojiroshi rice cooker and it makes life so much easier that way haha

Just made the same thing on Monday and it was so good! The cuts of steak that I got were pretty incredible
