I’ve seen people ask before on /austinfood about where to find a Japanese pancake sometimes called a soufflé pancake. Never been to Swift’s Attic, but I can firmly say the one served for brunch at Hold Out Brewing really slaps. Sweet, served with fried chicken and comes with spicy compound butter. Smashburger wasn’t bad either.
