    So much fat and fat has double the calories per gram as carbs and protein

  2. Yep (sigh). You can switch to dipping carrot sticks into PB2 to get that crunch + peanut flavor at much lower calories.

    Yup – 28g. It’s not a big meal, but I eat a serving for breakfast each day with my coffee. I’ve gotten very good at eyeballing the amount too. I usually grab a handful, and when I weigh them, I’m spot on or off by a gram. The Costco peanuts are the best.

    It’s worth knowing that unprocessed nuts often your body can’t actually process the calories you consume so while they are required to put the full amount it’s unlikely your body will actually process all 170 in this case
