i made this last night but i forgot the f-ing thyme. still turned out great.
Much of his food looks good to me minus some of the herbs he uses (I would switch them out), but what I can not understand is the obsessive use of evoo. I detest the flavor. Even just putting any kind of oil on a plate after you cooked pork or anything at all….why??? Butter I could see!
