yes, you read that right! 27 cals per muffin and they are so good.

cut bread into tiny squares and distribute in silicone baking cups (to avoid using oil).

mix egg whites and all other ingredients except blueberries.

distribute evenly on top of bread.

smoosh blueberries or whatever other fruit on top! I’ll be using banana next time and maybe some pb2.

bake at 350 for 20-25 min. let cool and eat them all 😈
