I’m michelle marie my last bite would be my father’s teriyaki beef sticks and white rice with soy sauce every time i have my father’s beef teriyaki sticks it always reminds me of being back home and being with the community and being with my family my
Dad was like the chef of the town every october there was a big carnival and everybody got together and you could just see the line around the corner for my father’s teriyaki beef sticks the dish is not just any old beef you have to have the sirloin
Flank steak beef cut it up in strips you have to marinate it in this special sauce obviously soy sauce is the base also a little bit of sugar green onions for flavor you also have to add grated garlic and grated ginger as well and you cannot forget the sesame seeds you gotta
Brown these sesame seeds to get that right flavor then you have to marinate the meat in the sauce for a very long time to make it that just right amount of flavor then it’s time to string on the beef to the skewer you want to add green a bell
Pepper and also white onions to add a little more flavor and then you throw it on the barbecue you can see the caramelized sauce just oozing flavor right then and there you’ll be able to know that it is going to be the best dish of your life
