**Keto Garlic Herb Pork Chops**
**Ingredients:**
* 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 inch thick * 2 tablespoons olive oil * 4 cloves garlic, minced * 1 teaspoon dried thyme * 1 teaspoon dried rosemary * 1 teaspoon dried oregano * Salt and pepper to taste * 2 tablespoons butter
**Instructions:**
* **Preheat Oven:** Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). * **Season Pork Chops:** Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper. * **Sear Pork Chops:** Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. * **Add Garlic and Herbs:** Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add minced garlic, dried thyme, rosemary, and oregano to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, stirring occasionally. * **Finish in Oven:** Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake the pork chops for 10-15 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). * **Add Butter:** Remove the skillet from the oven and add butter to the pan juices. I am definitely going to use at least the cauliflower recipe. I already have a (much lazier) go-to style for pork chops. I am pleasantly surprised to see that I was already for sure doing those keto at least
