Happy Monday everybody I hope you all had a great Easter I know I did I ate a ton and as usual not only from holidays I put on some weight but being quarantined and eating three full meals a day because we’re bored and we’re cooking and we started this um a little
Bit over the number I like even when I’m dieting so with that said what I do is I Go Gang Busters right after next day from holidays being over and I get into my low cal my salad uh lower Cal proteins and all of that
And I want to be easy accessible so most of it’s in your fridge you could do this with a few ingredients first up super super simple this is the premix colel beautiful blend I’m just going to take this there’s not much to say about it
Other than that I take it and to make it more salad likee because it’s shredded and this the whole bowl bag sorry is like two bucks when I was in Long Island and if you look in all the stores they sell this as Italian style Co slore and

Say if I could take about one one clo from that borrow it okay now we’re not going to use any pre-made with this with this we’re going to go right with the salt a little bit not much salt pepper my pepper I mix and match I do this
Sometimes I don’t have enough fresh garlic or I don’t have any at all I use the powder sometimes if I want a little extra garlic flavor without all the grains and little Cho pieces I’ll put a little bit of garlic powder just for that extra garlic taste okay this is
What I got here onion a little bit of onion powder very little because we want the garlic to dominate here okay that now take some good olive oil okay now at this point if you wanted to keep it it could go both ways it
Could go hot and it could go cold I like it cold if you were going to have it hot you’d stop at this point and then you’d microwave it as a side dish with a piece of chicken or such I like it cold C so
I’m going to add lemon I’m going to put the Citrus now lemon you could use balsamic you could use any Citrus or white vinegar apple cider vinegar whatever you like I like the lemon in this keeps it all fresh it’s good stuff a little bit more okay that’s still good and there it

Than you know meat and I’m not good with the portion discipline if they say just have 3 o I think it’s the Palm in your hand I I I have the Palm I can’t so also if you’re feing and you do this for three days like sometimes I do and they
Say I got to have a pasta I forget this low cal stuff what I do is I have a low cal pasta if there is such a thing I believe it pesto and pasta is good I think one cup of cooked pasta is 200 calories and if you would add uh yeah
This is a/4 cup so let’s say you could cut this into a serving of 100 calories 300 there you go all right and that’s about it I have four delicious cold salads that are flexible I have my proteins and hopefully I’ll be looking thinner in 3 4 days I’ll be back with
