Couldn’t pass up getting some slices on the way home for lunch. Opted for the vodka and the burrata and the burrata hit soooo good today. Really bright and fresh flavours that were perfect in this sunshine. Crispy-chew crust. Nom nom nom.
Feel like my second slice should have been a meaty one though. Next time.
