I’ve been perfecting my beef stew for a while and decided to try something new. So I looked up a seafood stew recipe and made my own adjustments.
1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
1 little can tomatoes paste
1 bottle clam juice
Splash of white cooking wine
Container of seafood broth
Old Bay
Oregano
Parsley
Paprika
Salt, pepper, garlic
Crushed red pepper
Can of whole baby clams
Three cans lump crab meat
Crayfish tails
Seafood blend of shrimp, calamari, scallops and mussels
Catfish nuggets.
I don’t measure seasonings. I just go with the flow. Sample tastes were great. Gonna try a full bowl soon.
