2 large eggs
6 tbsp egg whites
30 grams spinach
2 tsp sriracha
Small sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning
217 calories and 23 grams of protein
Whisk eggs, season with salt and pepper, pour into hot non stick pan. Let eggs start to set up then put spinach on top. Once it’s really set up, flip one side of omelette over the other and continue cooking until it’s how you like it. I don’t like runny eggs. Top with the sriracha and everything bagel spice.
