Something is growing on my hello fresh honey packet, it was in the fridge and had a few spots when I pulled it out and now it’s gotten bigger. I think it’s a mold?

Idk what it is but I’d use some honey from the pantry over that

You shouldn’t put honey in the fridge, it can cause fermentation which might be why yours looks funny

it might just be crystalizing. honey is extremely shelf-stable and has antibacterial properties.
