After having multiple boxes with missing or rotten food, all the food going bad 3 days after arriving, and little to no assistance when these happen besides “here’s $2 for your half pound of chicken” i am officially fed up with this.

Same email. I suspect they misjudged the popularity of certain meals. I agree on quality. I have been trying to use certain meals first.

I just got the same email! I’m hoping I like whatever meal I got by mistake. I was looking forward to this week’s meals.

got the same email!! my husband is frustrated over it and knowing our luck, it’ll be a pork recipe. we don’t eat pork and always upgrade for chicken or beef when available.

It is silly that HF only gives out credits (that don’t even stack with discounts) if it is clearly their fault that they screwed up. That said, the actual amounts are usually generous. “$2 for half a pound of chicken” is simply not true, they always give around $10 for spoiled/leaky meats (did you maybe select the wrong description during reporting?) and around $5 for other rotten/unusable ingredients. I had times where a bunch of stuff went wrong and I ended up getting virtually the entire box for free as credit despite not all meals being affected.

Just adding it was the One-Pan Santa Fe Beef Tacos that were replaced with another meal.

Everyone, PLEASE, include what Distribution Center your shipment comes from in these kind of posts! It can be found on the upper left hand corner of the shipping label in the US and Canada (should be the same worldwide).

I have gotten nothing but perfect meals every single time. I even had an order not show up and then I got 2 boxes the following week and they refunded me for the “inconvenience”. I genuinely do not understand how these posts come up with such terrible reviews.
