Cheonjang White Soy Sauce, 1 year old. Do you try to source or just use Ganjang?
This is the only mention of listing for white soy sauce I’ve found on the Internet. Is there any other places to purchase a cheonjang? I haven’t seen anything like this or a Jinjang (dark soy) in any of my local Asian markets.
