    Instead of cheese, I like to toast some breadcrumbs. Gives tremendous texture to an already tasty dish.

    It looks good but the original Pasta aglio e olio is without lemon juice and parmesan.

    Aglio e Olio. The ingredients are right there in the name of the dish. No parsley, no lemon, no parmesan. Looks good but what you did is not aglio e olio.
