Beef Ribbies on the Grilla Mammoth. Took bout 5 hours at 250f. Triple 9 Bovine injection then Loot N’ Booty What’s Your Beef and Loot N’ Booty Everything Rub. Wrapped after 4ish hours until they temped between 205 and 208, depending on tenderness of the rack. This is actually the same thing I do for brisket, cept longer cook time of course.

The mammoth do ok for the cook? I reckon you would have added any issues you might have encountered. They look great.
