Baught a kilo of reaper at half price, made some chili oils, powders, and sauces. here are my left overs. Any idea what I should make with them ?

First check if they are properly dried (should rustle when shaken). Then put them **whole** in an airtight container; this way they will keep for years.
Then, whenever inspiration strikes or other products run out, you will have a supply on hand.

Put them in a spice grinder. Sprinkle on anything for extra kick.

Throw some in with some pickles!
I like to add a few dried ones when I’m canning and picking cucumbers and green beans. You could also just throw a couple in with some store bought pickles. After a couple weeks they’ll be spice filled!
