1 large yellow/orange heirloom tomato, 10-12 orange habaneros, 1/2 a white onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 cup water. Roast all ingredients in pan until charred and garlic is softened. Transfer to blender or food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Really wanted to maintain the habanero color for this one!
