First brisket on the new Mammoth. Wrapped at 175. Pulled a little at 209 because that’s just when I happened to have time to take it off. Point was separated and put back on for an additional hour. Last two brisket pics are the point slices. No complaints here. Also did some cream cheese and sausage stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeños. Brisket at 250. Poppers at 400 for 25 min.
