The meals in the glass containers are mine (13) and the small jars are my fiancées(6). We skipped a couple of meals because I will be cooking for her birthday on Valentine’s Day.
I cook my eggs and overnight oats the night before.

This is 5 days worth of food. Recipes are pretty simple.
Breakfast speaks for itself. Meal one was two packs of turkey, chicken bone broth, and wood fire seasoning cooked in the instant pot. Meal two was sous vide steak, salt, pepper and grass fed butter for searing( 133 for 6 hours) I seasoned and vacuumed seal these steaks last week, they were thrown in the SV frozen. Meal three was chicken, chicken bone broth, salt and pepper cooked in the instant pot.
Those plant based orgain shakes are really good!
