2. Pineapple Jalapeño (green)
We made our second batch of hot sauces today. We are still new to this. The green sauce v2 got some big changes. Both sauces turned out delicious! 🤤 the green is pretty mild and the orange is definitely bringing the heat 🌶️

What do you use to stabilize the ingredients? Last sauce I made separated. Was the carrot roasted?
