* 8 Ounces Of Land O’Lakes Yellow American Cheese
* 8 Ounces Of Smoked Gouda Cheese
* 8 Ounces Of Vermont Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese (FOR TOPPING)
* 1/2 Teaspoon Of Mustard Powder
* 1/2 Teaspoon Of Paprika
* 1/2 Teaspoon Of Nutmeg
* 4 Ounces Of Parmigiana Reggiano
* 350 Degree Oven For 30 Minutes
* Under The Broiler On High Till Good Enough Color
