The best soondeh I ever had was on my walk to Dongdehmoon, in one of the garment factories I joined their cafeteria or lunch spot and had some. The best!

    It’s a crime my Korean store doesn’t make it fresh either. Frozen is okay, but definitely not the same

    Dont get fooled by them noodle instructions… take them off a minute early straight into ice bath… i took the time to make legit jjajang sauce by deep fring cheun jang and hand minced pork bits. To garbage mushy dough noodles
